Zucchini Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup All purpose flour/ Maida
  • 1 cup Zucchini grated
  • 4 cup Green chillies chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Refined oil
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Knead for a minute or two without applying pressure.

Divide the dough into two portions.

Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Now, after 30 minutes remove the dough from the refrigerator.

Place one portion of the dough between two sheets of cling film. Roll out thin.

Shape the dough into desired shape.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet. Transfer the cracker dough into the prepared tin. Refrigerate it for 20 minutes.

Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C with the fan mode on for 15 minutes.

Bake the crackers at 140 degrees C for 20-22 minutes .
