Whole wheat crackers..

Ingredients
- 3 cups Wheat flour
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tsp Lemonzest
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- cup Sundried tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- Water -1 cup +3 tbsp
- Salt
Directions

In a medium sized bowl , mix flour , chilli powder, salt ,chopped sun dried tomatoes and lemon zest well.

Add olive oil.

Mix well.

Add water little by little and knead gently.

The dough should be slightly sticky. Add lemon juice.

Divide the dough into two parts parts. Cover it with cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Take one portion of the dough and divide it further into two equal parts.

Pre heat the oven at 140 degree C.

Line a rectangular aluminium tin with parchment sheet.

Roll the dough as thin as possible.

Cut it in to desired shape. Prick it with a skewer or fork

Keep it in the oven and bake for 15-17 mins.

Now take it out of the oven.Let it cool.If it is still soft bake for another 3-4 mins.
