Cake
Vanilla butter cake..

Ingredients
- 125 g All purpose flour/ Maida
- 125 g Salted butter
- 120 g Castor sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp Water /Milk
- 2 count Egg (large)
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Grease and dust a 6” aluminium tin . Sift the flour and baking powder atleast 4-5 times.

Cream the butter well.Add sugar.

Now add gently beaten egg.

Gently fold in the flour and water/ milk. Add vanilla essence.

Transfer it to a prepared tin.

Bake for 40-45 mins at 150 degrees C or until done.Check with a wooden tooth pick if done.
