Tutti Frutti Custard Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Custard powder
  • tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 3/4 cup Salted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Rose essence
  • 1/3 cup Tutti Frutti

Sift the dry ingredients thrice.

Cream butter and sugar. Add Rose essence.Add the rest of the ingredients.

Knead gently for a minute.

Divide the dough into two portions.

Cling wrap tightly. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Slice the dough evenly.

Transfer it to the prepared tin. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C. Turn on the fan mode.

Bake the cookies for 18-20 minutes.

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Let it cool.
