Tutti Frutti Coconut Cake

Ingredients
- 125 g All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 80 g Granulated Sugar
- 100 g Salted Butter
- 1 count Egg
- 15 g Desiccated Coconut
- 2 tbsp Orange juice
- 8 tbsp Water
- 40 g Tutti Frutti

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.

Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice.

Cream butter and sugar well. Add lightly beaten egg. Cream well.

Gently fold in the sifted ingredients and water.

Add orange juice.

Gently add desiccated coconut and tutti frutti.

Transfer to the prepared tin.

Bake at 150 degrees C for 35-40 minutes or until done.
