Tomato Garlic Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All purpose flour/ Maida
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 3 tbsp Thick tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup Refined oil
  • 2 tbsp Water

In a bowl mix all the ingredients together very gently.

Knead for a minute or two without applying pressure. Add 1tbsp of water if the dough is too stiff.

Divide the dough into two portions. Cling wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Now, place the dough between two sheets of cling wrap and roll out thin using a rolling pin.

Cut it into small squares. Transfer them to the prepared tin.

Place the tin in the oven . Bake for 18-20 minutes at 140 degrees C.
