Sweetened Coconut Milk for Appam/Idyappam

Ingredients
- 1 cup Thick Coconut Milk (store bought)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Salt - a pinch

Refrigerate 1 cup coconut milk for 2-3 hrs.

Add sugar, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Mix gently.

Serve with Appam /Idyappam
