Cake
Sponge cake flavoured with orange juice and orange zest ..

Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour /maida
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Castor sugar
- 3 count Egg
- 10 tbsp Hot milk
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 2 tbsp Orange juice

Pre heat the oven at 160 degree C. Grease and dust 11" x 7 1/2" rectangle cake tin . Sift the flour and baking powder thrice . Keep it aside . Heat the milk and keep it aside .

In a bowl, beat eggs well . Both yolk and egg whites together . Add sugar and beat it until it is almost stiff and pale in colour .

Gently fold in flour and hot milk , starting and ending with flour . Add orange zest and orange juice. Gently fold the batter . Do not stir .

Transfer it into the prepared baking tin and bake for 18 - 20 minutes at 160 degree C.
