Spicy Tomato Crackers

Ingredients

  • 2 cup All purpose flour/ Maida
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/3 cup Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp Italian spices
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Chilli oil
  • 1/4 cup Refined oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/3 cup Cheddar cheddar

Directions

Pulse all the ingredients except water in a food processor for a minute.

Transfer this mixture into a bowl.

Add water. Knead the dough for a minute without applying pressure. Add extra 1 tbsp of water if the dough is too stiff.

Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Line a rectangular baking tin with parchment sheet.

Place the dough between two sheets of cling wrap.

Roll it thin using a rolling pin.

Cut it into desired shapes. I used a bottle cap here. You can use a fork or a knife to create any design of your choice.

Transfer it to the prepared tin.

Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C.

Bake for 18 -20 minutes at 140 degrees C.

Transfer the crackers to a wire rack.
