Spicy Dill leaves Bun

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bread flour
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
  • 1 count Egg
  • 1/4 cup Dill leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup Caramelised onion
  • 2 cup Green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Keep the stand mixer ready.

Knead all the ingredients except oil for 10-12 minutes.

Add oil. Knead for another 4-5 minutes.

Cover the dough with cling wrap and let the dough rise.

Now, punch down the dough gently. Knead for a minute or two.

Divide the dough into even sized balls.

Grease and dust a rectangular tin.

Transfer the prepared balls to the prepared tin.

Cling wrap the tin. Let the dough rise.

Meanwhile pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.

Place the tin in the oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Apply butter on top. Bake until the crown is golden brown in colour.

Remove from oven. Let the buns cool well.
