Spicy Coconut Honey Cake

Ingredients
- 125 g All purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 90 g Granulated Sugar
- 110 g Salted Butter
- 1 count Egg
- 3 tbsp Honey
- 3 tbsp Lightly toasted coconut
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
- 1/4 tsp Clove powder
- 1/4 tsp Dry ginger powder
- 1/4 cup Lukewarm water

Grease and dust a 6” pan. Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Cream butter and sugar.

Add lightly beaten egg.

Fold in the sifted ingredients and water.

Transfer the batter to the prepared tin.

Bake for 35-40 minutes @ 150 degrees C.
