Spicy Coconut Basil Crackers

Ingredients
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 3 tbsp Fresh basil leaves chopped
- 3 tbsp Green chillies finely sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Refined oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Chia seed
Directions

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except water for a minute or two.

Add water.

Add 1-2 tbsp of extra water if the dough is too stiff.

Divide the dough into two portions.

Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C. Turn on the fan mode.

Now, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough.

Cut it into squares.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Transfer these squares to the prepared tin.

Bake at 140 degrees C for 20 -22 minutes.

Remove the tin out of the oven. Transfer the crackers to a cooling rack. Let it cool.
