Spicy chicken cutlet..
Ingredients
- 250 g Chicken mince
- 3 count Potatoes (medium sized)
- 8-9 count Green chillies
- 3 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 count Onion
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Oil for frying
- 1 count Egg
- 1 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
Directions
Chop the onion into very fine pieces.Grind the green chillies coarsely.Keep the chicken mince ready.
Boil the potatoes with the skin. Keep garlic paste and ginger paste ready. Now remove the skin of the cooked potatoes and mash them and keep it aside.
Place the frying pan on the stove and turn on the heat.
Add 4 tbsp of cooking oil.
Fry the coarsely ground green chillies. Then add ginger paste. Lower the heat . Now add garlic paste.
Add chopped onion . Keep frying for a minuteor two . Add coriander powder. Keep stirring.Add minced chicken.
Keep stirring. Close it with a heavy lid and let it cook well. Now add mashed potatoes. Add salt .
Keep stirring.
Now add cornflour.
The mixture should be firm.
Now turn off the heat. Shape them into desired shape and size.
Refrigerate for 15 mins.
Meanwhile in a small bowl, beat egg gently with a fork.
Keep the bread crumbs ready.
Now dip each piece in beaten egg and roll it in breadcrumbs. Press it firmly. Keep it aside.
Take a saucepan and heat it .Pour required oil for deep frying. Fry each piece carefully until it is golden brown.
To make bread crumbs
Take 7-8 pieces of bread . Slice it into small pieces and heat it a frying pan for 2-3 mins on very low flame.Keep stirring.Turn off the heat .Let it cool for 5 mins. Powder them in a food processor or a mixie.
