Cake
Soft ,dark & moist chocolate cake ..

This cake is very soft and moist .This can be frosted too .Fresh cream is added instead of butter .
Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour / maida
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/8 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Fresh cream
- 2 count Eggs
- 1/2 tsp Grape essence
- tsp Salt

Prepare a 8 " cake tin . Sift cocoa powder ,flour and baking powder thrice . Powder the sugar and sift it . Separate egg whites and yolks . Beat egg whites until stiff . Pre heat the oven at 160 degree C .

Beat the cream and powdered sugar. Add beaten egg yolks . Add grape essense . Fold in flour mixture .Do not stir , Gently fold in egg whites .

Transfer the batter to the prepared cake tin and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
