Rose Milk Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 125 g All purpose flour/ Maida
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp Baking soda
  • 110 g Salted butter
  • 100 g Granulated sugar
  • 2 count Egg
  • 2 tbsp Rose milk powder
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp Milk

Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Prepare the cupcakes moulds/ liners. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice.

Cream butter and sugar and sugar well.

Add gently beaten eggs. Beat for 2 minutes.

Fold in the flour, milk and ACV.

Using a spatula gently mix the batter. Add vanilla essence.

Do not stir the batter. Add 1-2 tbsp of extra milk if the batter is too thick.

Divide the batter into two equal portions.

Add rose milk powder into one portion. Mix it gently.

To the other, add 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.

Add 1 tbsp of extra milk if the batter is too thick. Now spoon in both the flavours into the prepared cupcake moulds or liners. Bake at 150 degrees C for 18-20 minutes or until done.
