Brownies
Red wine chocolate brownies

Ingredients
- 100 g Self raising flour
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 225 g Brown sugar
- 115 g Salted butter
- 2 count Egg
- 1/4 cup Red wine
- 200 g Dark chocolate
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Line a cake tin with parchment sheet.

Melt the chocolate in microwave oven.I used Lindt 90% dark chocolate.

Melt salted butter and sugar in microwave oven. Mix well until it is shiny.

Using a hand mixer , beat eggs, cocoa powder , melted butter/ sugar and red wine .

Mix the flour using a spatula. Mix it gently.Do not stir it .

Now add melted chocolate.

Bake at 150 degree C for 15-17 mins .

Take the pan out.Allow it to cool well.
