Pistachio Honey Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 cup Pistachios finely ground
- 3/4 cup Salted Butter
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/3 cup Brown sugar
- 1 count Egg
- 2 tbsp Dry ginger powder

Cream butter and sugar well. Add lightly beaten egg.

Add flour and rest of the ingredients.

Knead them gently for a minute.

Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Take 1 tbsp of dough. Shape them into desired cookies.

Transfer them to the prepared tin.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C . Turn on the fan mode.

Bake the cookies for 18-21 minutes.

Turn off the oven. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Let them cool well.
