Mixed Fruit Ice cream

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Mango juice
- 3/4 cup Pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1 tbsp Orange zest
- 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
- Yellow food colour
- 1/2 cup Condensed milk
- 1 cup Whipping cream
Directions

Mix mango juice, pineapple juice and orange juice in a saucepan. The juice should be thick in consistency.Do not add water.

Add orange zest and sugar.

Cook on very low flame. Keep stirring.

Reduce it to 3/4 cup.Add a drop of yellow colour. Let it cool well.

Once it is cool, mix 1/2 cup of condensed milk. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, whip the cream until stiff.

Gently fold in the fruit mixture and whipped cream. Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Using a electric mixer, gently beat it one more time. Transfer it to a glass container. Cover it with parchment sheet. Close the lid tightly.Cling wrap it and let it freeze for 8-10 hours.
