Pickled Onion

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sliced onion
  • 6-7 count Green /Red Chillies
  • 6-7 count Garlic peeled
  • 3/4 cup White vinegar
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Pink Rock Salt

Directions

In a saucepan, boil all the liquid together on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Give a stir. Transfer it to a clean glass bottle. Can be refrigerated upto a week.
