Pickled Onion

Ingredients
- 2 cups Sliced onion
- 6-7 count Green /Red Chillies
- 6-7 count Garlic peeled
- 3/4 cup White vinegar
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp Pink Rock Salt

In a saucepan, boil all the liquid together on medium flame for 4-5 minutes. Turn off the heat. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients. Give a stir. Transfer it to a clean glass bottle. Can be refrigerated upto a week.
