Passion fruit Ginger Custard Cake

Ingredients
- 120 g All purpose flour
- 3 tbsp Custard powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Dry ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 110 g Salted butter
- 115 g Granulated Sugar
- 1 count Egg
- 4 tbsp Passion fruit pulp
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Water

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Sift the dry ingredients thrice.

Cook passion fruit plup in 1 tbsp sugar for two minutes on very low heat. Turn off the heat . Let it cool.

Cream butter and sugar well. Add gently beaten egg.

Gently fold in the sifted dry ingredients. Add water and passion fruit.

Transfer to a 6” aluminium pan.

Bake for 30-40 minutes @ 150 degrees C or until done.
