Passion fruit Coconut Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Passion fruit pulp
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp Water

Directions

Sift all the dry ingredients thrice.

Cream butter and sugar.

Add passion fruit pulp. Mix gently.

Add desiccated coconut. Add a drop of yellow colour if required.

Gently add flour and water.

Cling wrap the dough and refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Take a tsp of dough and shape it into a ball.

Refrigerate it for another 20 minutes.

Bake for 18-20 minutes at 150 degrees C.
