No Bake Banoffee pie
Ingredients
For the base
- 150 g Biscuit
- 40 g Butter
For the caramel
- 60 g Butter
- 60 g Brown sugar
- 150 ml Condensed milk
Remaining layers
- Banana slices
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Whipped cream
- Hot chocolate powder
Directions
Melt butter in microwave.
Powder the biscuit fine along with melted butter. Add a pinch of cinnamon powder.You can use any firm biscuits of your choice.

Keep the tart tin ready.I am using mini tart tin.
Press the biscuit mixture firmly.The base should not be too thin.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Meanwhile prepare the caramel
Heat butter and add sugar.
Add sweetened condensed milk. Lower the heat . Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Take the chilled biscuit base and quickly fill it . Refrigerate it for 3-4 hrs.
Slice a medium ripe firm banana into small pieces.Add lemon juice. Refrigerate it for 30 mins.
Keep the whipped cream ready.
Now take the chilled pie ,place some banana slices and top it with whipped cream. You can dust hot chocolate powder or cocoa powder on top. Refrigerate it for 15 minutes.Remove the mould and serve .
