Nescafé Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour/Maida
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Baking soda- a pinch
- 1/2 cup Salted butter
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Nescafé instant coffee
- 1 tbsp Hot water
- 4 tbsp Walnuts chopped
- 2 tbsp Almonds chopped

Sift the flour and baking powder thrice.

Pulse the chopped almonds and walnuts for a minute.Add this to the sifted flour mixture.

Dissolve Nescafé instant coffee in hot water.

Cream butter and sugar well.

Add the coffee mixture.

Add the flour mixture. Mix all the ingredients very gently without applying pressure.

Cling wrap the dough. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.

Take one tbsp of dough and shape it into a ball.

Refrigerate it for 20 minutes. Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Bake st 150 degrees C for 18-20 minutes. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack. Let it cool.
