Moringa Green Chilli Bread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1 1/2 cups Bread flour
- 1 tsp Instant dry yeast
- 4 tbsp Moringa leaves powder
- 4 tbsp Green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 count Egg
- 3/4 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Refined oil
Directions

Keep the stand mixer bowl ready. Transfer all the ingredients except oil into bowl .

Knead for 10 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsp of water if the dough is too thick.

Add oil. Knead for 5-6 minutes.

Shape the dough into a ball. Cover the bowl with a wet towel. Let the dough double in volume.

Now, punch down the dough gently. Knead for 3-4 minutes.

Shape the dough into a loaf.

Transfer to a well greased loaf tin.

Let the dough rise till the rim of the tin.

Meanwhile, Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C. Place the loaf tin in the oven. Bake for 30 minutes @ 180 degrees C.

Transfer the loaf to a cooling rack. Apply butter liberally. Let the bread cool well for 3-4 hours.
