Moist Carrot Cake..

Ingredients
- 130 g All purpose flour/Maida
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Nutmeg powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 130 g Grated carrot
- 2 count Eggs
- 150 g Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Refined oil
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Sift flour, salt, nutmeg powder, baking powder and baking soda thrice. Grease and dust a 8” aluminium tin.

Beat eggs and sugar well.

Add oil. Beat well using a hand mixer.

Add the sifted ingredients and gently fold in the grated carrots.

Transfer into the prepared tin.

Bake at 150 degrees C for 35-40 minutes or until done.
