Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 500 g Minced Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 count Gently beaten eggs
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 3 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Green Chilli sauce
  • 5-6 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 count Boiled eggs
  • 10-12 count Bacon strips

For the topping

  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste

Directions

In a bowl, mix minced chicken, bread crumbs,beaten egg, salt, chilli sauce, Worcester sauce, salt , ginger & garlic paste together.

Keep the boiled eggs and bacon strips ready.

Dust the boiled eggs with all purpose flour.

Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C.

Now let us prepare a small loaf tin. Line the tin with aluminium foil. Grease and dust the aluminium foil after lining.

Divide the meat mixture into two portions.

Transfer one portion of the meat mixture into the loaf tin. Press the mixture firmly. Now place the boiled eggs. Now transfer the other portion into the tin. Press it firmly.Now place the bacon strips on top.

Place the tin into the oven . Bake at 180 degrees C for 40 -50 minutes .

Meanwhile let us prepare the sauce.

In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Keep it aside.

Now check if the meat roll is done using a wooden toothpick.

Now take it tin out . Using a silicone brush, lightly apply the prepared sauce on top of the bacon.

Place it back into the oven.

Bake fo 5-6 minutes. Serve hot with bread and bake potato wedges.
