Lemon Pistachio Butter Cake

Ingredients
- 125 g All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 110 g Salted butter
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 2 count Egg
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 8 tbsp Water
- 40 g Pistachio coarsely ground
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Grease and dust a 6” tin or a small loaf tin. Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda thrice. Keep it aside.

Cream butter, lemon zest and sugar.

Add gently beaten eggs.

Now fold in flour, water and ground pistachios.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until done at 150 degrees C .
