Lemon butter cake..

Ingredients

  • 225 g Self raising flour
  • 150 g Castor sugar
  • 130 g Salted butter
  • 7 tbsp Milk
  • 3 count Egg(small)
  • 2 tsp Lemonzest
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

Directions

Grease and dust a 8" aluminium baking tin. Pre heat the oven at 150 degree C for 10-15 minutes.

Keep the lemonzest and juice ready.

In a bowl cream butter ,lemonzest and sugar well.

Add eggs one by one.Continue beating.

Now add flour and milk alternately. Using a spatula gently fold the batter.

Add lemon juice.

Texture of the cake changes if the batter is over beaten.

Transfer it to the cake tin.Bake at 150 degree C for 35 -40 minutes or until done.
