Ice Apple Rosemilk Payasam

Ingredients

  • 260 ml Milk
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp Rose milk powder
  • 6 count Ice apple / Nongu
  • 1/4 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup Lightly toasted pistachios (chopped)

Mix chopped ice apple and condensed milk. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Boil milk, cardamom powder and sugar on low flame for 15 minutes. Add Rosemilk powder.

Keep stirring. Reduce the milk mixture for another 10 minutes on low flame. Add lightly toasted pistachios.

Turn off the heat. Let the mixture cool well. Refrigerate for 1 hr.

Now, mix the chopped ice apple and milk together. Refrigerate and serve.
