Hot and sweet tomato chutney..

Ingredients
- 500 g Tomato
- 1 count Onion
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- Brown sugar- 1/3 cup+1 tbsp
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- Ginger-1" piece
- 1/2 tsp Clove
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 3 tbsp Red chillies flakes
- 1 tsp Lemon juice

Blanch the tomatoes.Drop the tomatoes in boiling water for 30-40 secs. Take it out and remove the skin.

Grind all the ingredients except tomatoes in a food processor or a mixie.

Transfer it to a bowl.

Grind the tomatoes.

In a heavy bottom saucepan, heat oil .Add the onion, garlic ginger mixture. Fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add tomato paste along with brown sugar and other spices , except lemon juice.

Let it thicken .Keep stirring.

It will take about 45 -50 minutes to thicken.

Turn off the heat .Add lemon juice.

Let it cool very well.

Transfer it to a clean bottle and refrigerate it.
