Handmade Egg Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
- 1 count Egg
- 2 tbsp Cold water
- 1 tsp Salt

Mix all the ingredients above mentioned together.

Knead for 5-6 minutes.

Shape it into a ball. Cling wrap the dough. Refrigerate. Let the dough rest for 30 -40 minutes.

Divide the chilled dough into 2 pieces and work with one half of the dough at a time.

Roll out the dough as thin as possible using a rolling pin. Dust the dough with flour while rolling.

Using a sharp knife cut into thin strips.

Let the noodles dry for an hour.

Boil the noodles in hot water for 3-4 minutes . Drain and serve.
