Guava tea cake

Ingredients
- 125 g Self raising flour
- 100 g Castor sugar
- 75 g Salted butter
- 2 count Egg
- 3 tbsp Thick guava paste
- 3/4 tsp Lemon zest
- 3 1/2 tbsp Water
- Pink food colour
- 6 tbsp Roasted pistachio nuts
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Sift the flour thrice. Roast the pistachios and chop it.

Grease and Line a 6” aluminium baking tin.

Cream butter and sugar well. Add lemon zest.

Add gently beaten eggs.

Gently fold in flour, guava paste and water.Add a drop or two of pink food colouring.

Now add the chopped roasted pistachios.

Transfer it to the prepared cake tin.

Bake at 150 degrees C,for 35-40 minutes or until done.
