Granola
Fruit and Nut Granola

Ingredients
- 2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Cashew nut chopped
- 1/4 cup Almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped
- 2 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/3 cup Dried fruits (prunes, dehydrated apples, apricots)
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 4 tbsp Refined oil/ Coconut oil
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
Directions

Pulse cashew nuts, walnuts and almonds for a minute.

Heat maple syrup, oil and orange juice together on low flame. Let it cool.

Mix all the ingredients except dry fruits.

Pre heat the oven at 140 degrees C. Turn on the fan mode.

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.

Spread it evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove the tin from the oven.Now add the dried fruits.

Bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove the tin from the oven and let it cool.
