Cake
Dry fruits soaked in black tea for fruit cake..

Ingredients
Dry fruits..
- 1/4 cup Dates
- 1/4 cup Prunes
- 2 tbsp Current
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Dehydrated papaya
- 2 tbsp Dried raspberries
- 2 tbsp Dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp Blueberries
- 2 tbsp Dehydrated kiwi fruit
- 1 tbsp Orange peel
- 1 tbsp glazed cherries
Roasted nuts...
- 4 tbsp Walnuts chopped
- 4 tbsp Pecans chopped
Strong black tea..
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp Tea powder
Directions

Cut the dehydrated fruits , dates , prunes , raisins and currants into small piecesand transfer it into a glass bottle.

Boil water in a saucepan .Add tea leaves.Let it boil well for a minute or two. Turn off the heat . Keep it aside 3 -4 minutes.

Pass the tea through the strainer .

Soak the fruits in tea .

Let the fruits soak for 24 hrs ..Store in a cool dark place. Do not refrigerate.

Toast the nuts for a minute or two. Chop it finely. Do not soak the nuts .It can be mixed along with the batter.
