Crispy chicken fry

Ingredients
- 250 g Boneless chicken strips
- 1 tbsp Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
- Salt to taste
Ingredients for the coating
- 5 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 count Gently beaten egg
- 1 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- Oil for frying
Directions

Marinate the chicken with the spices and keep it aside for 5 mins.

Mix the marinated chicken and cornflour well.

Dip the chicken piece one by one in beaten egg and coat it with bread crumbs.

Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
