Crispy Bite-Size Urad vada..

Ingredients
- 1 cup Urad dal
- 1 tsp Raw rice
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek
- Salt
- 2 count Red / green chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 4 tbsp Onion chopped
- Curry leaves
- Oil for frying
Directions

Soak the dal , fenugreek and raw rice in water for exactly one hour.

After one hour, drain the water and grind it well .

Transfer it into a bowl and add the chopped ingredients.

Using a spatula mix it very well.Add salt to taste.

In a thick bottom pan , add oil.When the oil is hot , using a teaspoon, carefully drop small portions of batter one by one in to the oil and fry until it is golden brown in colour.

Drain the excess oil .

Serve hot with coconut chutney.
