Chocolate Zucchini Raisin Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
- 1/2 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 cup Salted Butter
- 3/4 cup Brown sugar
- 1 count Egg
- 1/4 cup Thick curd
- 1/2 cup Grated zucchini
- 1/3 cup Raisins
- 2 tbsp Orange zest
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Grease and dust cupcake moulds.

Dust all the dry ingredients thrice.

In a bowl, beat all the ingredients together for 2-3 minutes.

Add 3-4 tbsp of orange juice/ water if the batter is too thick.

Transfer the batter into the prepared cupcake moulds.

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until done.
