Chocolate Raspberry Brownies
Ingredients
- 80 g Wheat flour
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 120 g Salted butter
- 180 count Brown sugar
- 2 count Egg
- 50 g Raspberry (cut into small pieces)
- 120 g Lindt Dark chocolate 70%
- 6 count Lindor white chocolate
- 8-10 count Fresh raspberries
Directions
Sift all the dry ingredients thrice.
Melt butter and sugar in microwave.
Melt the chocolate in microwave.
Slice 50 gms raspberries and dust it with 1 tbsp of flour.
Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C with top and bottom rods on.
Using a electric mixer, beat egg and butter-sugar mixture well.
Gently fold in the sifted ingredients.
Do not stir.Follow cut and fold method.
Add the melted chocolate. Add chopped raspberries.
Line the baking tin with parchment sheet.
Transfer the batter and level it using a spatula.
Bake for 30 mins at 150 degrees C.
Refrigerate the chocolates for 15- 20 mins.
You will be able to cut it easily.
Take the baked brownie out of the oven.
Arrange some fresh raspberries on top.
Also the white chocolate.
Bake for another 2 mins with the top rod alone on.
Remove from the oven.Allow them to cool well.
