Chocolate Raisin Cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Raisins chopped
- 1 count Egg
- Tonovin essence- few drops
Directions

Sift all the dry ingredients together thrice.

Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan. Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Beat curd and water into smooth liquid.

Mix all the ingredients together using a spatula or a hand mixer.

Place it into the oven and bake it for 35-40 minutes.
