Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice cream

Ingredients
For the custard
- 1 cup Full fat milk
- 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Whipping cream

I am using full fat milk.

You can use homemade peanut butter .Choice is yours.

In a saucepan heat , milk, peanut butter, cocoa powder, cornflour and sugar

Keep stirring.Keep the flame low.

Add dark chocolate. I am adding Lindt 70% dark Chocolate.

Remove it from the heat. Place the sauce pan into a bowl of cold water. Let the custard cool.

Whip the cream until stiff.Gently fold in the custard and whipped cream.

Transfer it to a glass container . Cover it with cling film.

Freeze for 6-8 hours.
