Chocolate coffee cake

Ingredients
- 1 cup All purpose flour/Maida
- 6 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Soda powder
- 1/4 cup Salted butter
- 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 7 tbsp Luke warm water
- 1 count Egg
- Grape essence-2 drops
- 1/2 tbsp Nescafé instant coffee

Pre heat the oven at 150 degree C.

Grease and dust a 8” cake tin.Sift flour , cocoa powder and soda powder thrice.

In a bowl , cream butter and sugar.

Add egg. Continue creaming.

Dissolve instant coffee powder in luke warm water.

Using a spatula, fold in flour , coffee mixture, essence and sour cream.

Do not stir the mixture.

Cut and fold the batter very gently.

Transfer it to the prepared tin.

Bake at 150 degrees C for 40 mins or until done.
