Chocolate Banana Tahini Cake

Ingredients
- 125 g All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/8 tsp Baking Soda
- 50 g Salted Butter
- 50 g Granulated Sugar
- 50 g Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp Mashed Banana
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp Tahini
- 5 tbsp Water
- 1 count Egg
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds

Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Cream butter and sugar. Add tahini. Cream well. Add banana.

Add lightly beaten egg.

Cream well.

Using a spatula fold in rest of the ingredients. Add 1-2 tbsp extra water if the batter is too thick.

Pour the batter to the prepared tin. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.

Bake at 150 degrees C for 35-40 minutes or until done.
