Chocolate Banana Fudgy Brownie
Ingredients
- 100 g All purpose flour/Maida
- 200 g Brown sugar
- 120 g Salted butter
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 2 count Egg
- 75 g Banana mashed
- 180 g Lindt 70% Dark chocolate
- Banana slices
Directions
In a bowl, heat butter and brown sugar in microwave.Keep it aside.
In another bowl,melt the chocolate.
Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C with top and bottom rods on. Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet or aluminium foil.
In a bowl, using hand mixer , beat the eggs for two minutes on medium speed.
Add melted butter and sugar. Continue beating.
Now using a spatula, gently fold in flour and cocoa powder.
Do not stir. Fold in mashed banana.
Now fold in melted chocolate.
Transfer the batter into the prepared tin.
Bake for 25 minutes at 150 degrees C with top and bottom rods on.
Now take the tin out and place banana slices.
Brush the slices with melted butter
Place it back in the oven and bake for 8-10 mins with the top rod alone on.
Transfer it to a wire rack .Allow it to cool.
