Chocolate Banana Cake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups All purpose flour/Maida
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1/2 cup Salted butter
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 count Egg
- 1/2 cup Overripe banana mashed
- 1/8 tsp Tonovin essence
- 2 tbsp Thick curd
- 6 tbsp Water
- 10 count Lindt Chocolate pieces
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C. Grease and dust the cake tin. I’m using an 8” round aluminium pan. 6” pan can also be used.

Sift all the dry ingredients thrice.

Cream butter and sugar. Add the gently beaten eggs.

Now add the flour and the other ingredients.

Fold in the ingredients very gently.

Transfer the batter into the prepared tin.

Level the batter using a spatula.Gently place the chocolate pieces on top of the batter.

Place it into the oven.

Bake for 35-40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
