Chocolate avocado wheat brownies..
Ingredients
- 100 g Wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 g Cocoa powder
- 2 count Eggs
- 115 g Salted butter
- 200 g Brown sugar
- 120 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Avocado
For the ganache
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Red wine
Directions
Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder thrice. Keep it aside.Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C with top and bottom rods on . Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet.
Ina bowl , melt butter and sugar in microwave.
Let it cool well. Add eggs.
In another bowl melt the chocolate broken into small pieces. I used Lindt 85 % dark chocolate.
Beat melted butter-sugar and eggs using a electric hand mixer.
Fold in sifted ingredients.
Gently fold in avocado and melted chocolate .
Fold it gently.Do not stir.
Transfer it to the prepared tin.
Add few chocolate chips if needed.(optional)
Bake for 25 -30 mins or until done.
Since it is wheat brownie, baking time will be slightly more than Apf brownies.
For the ganache
Melt dark chocolate and butter in microwave.
I used Lindt 70 % dark chocolate.
Add red wine. Stir well.


Baking time varys according to the size of the baking tin used.
I used 11”x 7” rectangular tin.
