Chilli crackers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour/Maida
- 1/2 cup Semolina
- 1 tbsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 3 tbsp Refined oil
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1/3 cup Curry leaves
Directions

Mix all the ingredients except water in a food processor.

Add 1/4 cup of water. Knead it gently.Now add the remaining water.

Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Now take the dough out and. roll it thin.

Cut it into desired shapes

Line a rectangular tin with parchment sheet and place them gently.

Refrigerate it for another 10 minutes.

Nowpre heat the oven at 150 degrees C on fan mode .

Place the tin in the middle rack and bake for 15 minutes at 150 degree C.

Transfer it to a wire rack.

I always use 200 ml standard measuring cup.
