Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
For the chicken
- cup Boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- cup All purpose flour/ Maida
- cup Corn flour
- cup Rice flour
- 2 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Water
- Refined oil for frying
For the Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Onion diced
- 4 tbsp Red chilli paste
- 3 tbsp Finely chopped green chillies
- 3 tbsp Garlic finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Ginger finely chopped
- 3 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 3 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp Spring onion chopped
- 1 count Capsicum diced
- 1 tsp Celery leaves
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Refined oil

For the chicken

Mix, rice flour, all purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper, salt and water together. Add the cut chicken. Coat the chicken well with batter. Batter should be thick. Heat oil. Deep fry the chicken on medium flame. Keep it aside.
For the sauce

Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil.

Add green chillies. Then add the remaining ingredients except corn flour and water.

Fry of 2-3 minutes on high flame.

Add batter fried chicken. Keep stirring.

Mix corn flour and water.

Add this to the chicken. Stir until the chicken is glossy and well coated with sauce.

Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
