Chicken Manchow Soup

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Chopped Onion
- 3 tbsp Chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp Chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup Carrot cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup Cabbage shredded
- 1/4 cup Spring Onion finely cut
- 1 cup Boneless chicken cut into small pieces
- 3 tbsp Ground Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Corn flour
- 2 1/2 cups Water
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Fried noodles

In a heavy bottom saucepan pan, sauté all the dry ingredients (except fried noodles and corn flour ) for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Add water. Let it boil for 5-6 minutes.

Mix corn flour in 2 tbsp of cold water. Add to the soup. Add salt. Add chopped spring onions. Turn off the heat.

Add fried noodles , chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
