Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked basmati rice
- 1/4 cup Onion chopped finely
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger chopped
- 2 tbsp Green chilli chopped
- 1 tsp Ground pepper
- 1/4 cup Cabbage finely sliced
- 1/4 cup Spring onion chopped
- 1/2 cup Boneless shredded chicken (shredded)
- 2-3 tbsp Thick chicken stock
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Green chilli sauce
- Sugar - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Oil
Directions

Keep all the ingredients ready.

Heat a heavy bottom frying pan.

Add oil. Add chicken. Stir well on high heat.

Add soy sauce , vinegar, chicken stock, and green chilli sauce.

Now add all the chopped ingredients and salt.

Stir on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked rice.

Stir well on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
