Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked basmati rice
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp Ginger chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage finely sliced
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup Boneless shredded chicken (shredded)
  • 2-3 tbsp Thick chicken stock
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  • Sugar - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Directions

Keep all the ingredients ready.

Heat a heavy bottom frying pan.

Add oil. Add chicken. Stir well on high heat.

Add soy sauce , vinegar, chicken stock, and green chilli sauce.

Now add all the chopped ingredients and salt.

Stir on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the cooked rice.

Stir well on high heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the heat. Serve hot.
