Chamomile Lemon Butter Cake

Ingredients
- 125 g All purpose flour/ Maida
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 100 g Salted Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 2 count Egg
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon zest
- 12-15 count Dried chamomile flowers
- 4 tbsp Water
Directions

Pre heat the oven at 150 degrees C.

Sift the dry ingredients thrice.

Grease and dust a 6” aluminium pan.

Cream butter and sugar.

Add chamomile flowers and lemon zest.

Now fold in the sifted flour and water.

Using a spatula, gently fold in the batter. Do not stir the batter.

Transfer the batter into the prepared tin.

Place it into the oven. Bake for 35- 40 minutes at 150 degrees C.
